Cancellation and booking policy

  • Minimum stay of 2 days required for lodge;
  • Deposit required minimum of one night;
  • More than 14 days from the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit is refundable in case of cancellation and there is no charge for modification of reservation.
  • The remaining 50% remains non-refundable at all times;
  • If canceled between 7 and 14 days, the deposit is lost in full;
  • If cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date, 50% of the stay will be charged the credit card. Reservation not modifiable;
  • If the client does not appear and does not call to cancel, 100% of the stay will be charged on the credit card.
  • When on the site, no refund in case of departure before the end of the stay.

All lodge are non-smoking. Animals are prohibited. Anyone who contravenes either of these 2 regulations will be charged a fee of $ 200. (Charges will be charged on credit card).
